Scrapbook Steals Mid Week Mojo #34 & 35
Wow! I can't believe this month is almost over! March went so fast! I have 2 weeks of Scrapbook Steals Mid Week Mojo to show you. First is week #34. I used the DCWV Black Currant for all the papers. I will never get tired of that paper! The die cut shapes were cut from the Elegant Edges cricut cartridge. The tag was cut from Plantin Schoolbook. And the heart was from Sweethearts. I used an American Crafts glitter brad on the tag. The trim is from Fancy Pants. The title and the "h" are Taffy Tiara Thickers. I'm really happy with how this one turned out!
Second is MWM #35. The sketch for this one did not scream wedding to me. So it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do with it. I finally decided that it would work for a Christmas LO! This was my first time working with a banner. I really like how it turned out though! I used the Echo Park Merry Christmas collection for all of the pp, die cuts, and letter stickers. I used the Mother's Day 2010 cricut cartridge to cut out the banner and the border strip is from Elegant Edges (I LOVE this cartridge!!) I used my Sew Easy to stitch down the side of the date tag. The brads holding up the banner are Making Memories mini shimmers. Thanks for stopping by!

PPC Specialty Challenge #5
PPC has a unique challenge right now to show your craft space. I am constantly rearranging my craft room. I LOVE having my own room for crafting. It's nice that if I am in the middle of working on something and need to stop, I don't have to clean it all up! My desk is in the middle with my cricut off to the side. I have awesome shelves from IKEA to store paper, stamps, embellishments, and albums. I have more in the closet for other embellishments and storage. I also have my ribbon in the closet stored a few different ways. I have some of it in a bin, some on the dowel rods, and some on the pants hangers. Here are a few pictures! Thanks for stopping by!

Tales from the Cricut Stampede!
Hey bloggie buddies! Long time no see! March is flying by!!! My mom is flying back home today. I decided to do a post showing you some of the fun from the Cricut Stampede. We arrived early on Friday for the special circle luncheon. There were reps there from Provo Craft and several prizes were handed out. Everyone was supposed to bring their 3x3 calling card to exchange with other circlets. Here is mine. I made 160 of these little hedgehogs with several different backgrounds.
The restaurant where we had the luncheon was a little crowded with 100 circle members so I didn't exchange cards with as many people as I should have. I also assumed that I would see everyone over the weekend at the Stampede. But I guess there were some people that just came for the luncheon. But now I know for next time :) We also did a ribbon exchange during the luncheon. Here is a picture of my loot. I will have to get a picture later of all the cards together once I get them better organized.
I can't believe all the work that went into these cards! And some people even went beyond that! Cassandra from Arizona made these adorable little treat bags for everybody!! They were filled with candy. Aren't they so cute?!
Here's a picture of my mom and I wearing the t-shirts she made. It's hard to see in the picture but it says Cricut Circle Stampede!
After the luncheon we checked in at the hotel. We were given a swag bag with some PC goodies. (My mom bought me the baby cricut in the general store! Thanks Mom!)
Everybody had their own 6 foot table to work on. There was a cute water bottle at every spot.
Saturday was full of classes! We started the day with Teresa Collins taking her Timeless class. We all got to make a small scrapbook. Mine is incomplete because I didn't bring pictures with me. Since I already have the Your Story, I didn't need to worry about getting it all put together. Once I finish it, I will post pictures! Here is a picture of me with Teresa! She is awesome!
The second class was with Cindy Royal. We made a little cake box and birthday banner for Cricut's 5th birthday!
And the highlight of the day, for me, was Robyn's class! I was so excited to meet The Pink Stamper! We were in her last class of the day and there were only 7 people in the class! It was so much fun. We made an easel card and an autograph book using a special mini stamp set that Robyn designed.
I was so excited that Robyn's sidekick Karlee was there too! I made sure to get a picture with them both! Phew, that was a long post! Thanks for stopping by!

Scrapbook Steals Mid Week Mojo #33, CCCC #8, PPC #51, SSWTB #3
I decided to take a break from wedding photos today to do a LO from my husband's birthday. I thought this sketch was perfect for that! I used the Basic Grey Cupcake collection for the pp and title. The cs was all scraps. I used 3 cricut cartridges today: George and Basic Shapes, Stretch Your Imagination, and Celebrations. I put some Hampton Arts A la mode glitter glue on the present and the party hat. I have to say, I love Stickles so much more. This came out quite gloppy. But I love the colors that I have so I'll try it again. Thanks for stopping by!

Blog Candy Alert
I just came across Khristen's Craft Room blog. She is trying to get up to 100 followers and is offering some amazing blog candy. Here is just one picture of what she is giving away. Run on over there and check it out!! She will draw a winner when she reaches 100 followers or March 31st whichever comes first.
Happy Birthday!
Here is a card I made using a digi for the first time! I used my Stampin' UP Stampin' Write markers to color it in. I think it looks pretty good for my first one! I didn't try any fancy blending techniques. I'll save that for another time! Now I *really* need to start on my calling cards for the stampede! Here is my recipe:
Digi~Prairie Fairy
Stampin' UP: modern label punch, Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp, So Saffron cs, ink, & marker, Bermuda Bay dsp & marker, Rose Red ribbon, ink, & marker
