Scrapbook Steals Monday Card Madness #20, SPCC #88

Oops! I meant to post this card yesterday and forgot! I have had a busy weekend. We have been cleaning all day preparing for guests this week! I used the sketch from Scrapbook Steals Monday Card Madness #20 and the color combo from SPCC #88. This is not one of my favorite cards. I left off a sentiment since it could be used for pretty much anything. So I'll just add a sentiment when I need it. Here is my recipe:

American Crafts ribbon
Sweethearts cricut cartridge
Little Yellow Bicycle Zinnia gem
Stampin' UP: Rose Red ink, dsp, ribbon; So Saffron ink; Le Jardin dsp; Vintage Vogue stamps

Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you!

I was so excited to see the color combo at Off the Wall Craftiness #47 today. Two shades of purple and white! I LOVE purple! I had to make a card right away! And Mojo Monday's sketch #179 was the perfect sketch to test out my new medallion stamp from Stampin' UP! Here is my recipe:

I-rock gems
Martha Stewart border punch
Little Yellow Bicycle Zinnia pearl
American Crafts ribbon
Stampin' UP: Medallion stamp, Whisper White cs, Concord Crush ink and cs, Lovely Lilac ink and cs, Word Window punch, Modern Label punch

Scrapbook Steals Mid Week Mojo #31, Paper Variety #22

Here is a LO that I did this afternoon. It took me way longer than it should have. I was having problems picking out paper to use. I don't have enough patterned paper with the deep purple from my wedding colors. If anybody has suggestions of paper collections that have this shade of purple please leave them in the comments! I also used my Sew Easy for the second time! Trying to go through 3 sheets of heavy paper didn't work so well. But I had the pattern so all I had to do was use my paper piercer to poke the hole all the way through. I also sewed the laces on the shoe. Here is my recipe:

Sweethearts & Forever Young cricut cartridges
Basic Grey Wisteria pp & alphas
Basic Grey designer cs
Sew Easy floss
Stampin' UP Kraft ribbon

Bee-u-tiful!

Hi bloggie buddies! I intended to post this card yesterday, but UPS had other intentions! I was eagerly waiting for my Stampin' UP order that was scheduled to arrive yesterday when I saw my UPS driver go past the house on the other side of the street around 4:15. I thought, it can't take that long to come back this way. I had the card all ready except for the ribbon that was in that box! Well....it was 6:30 before my package was delivered!!! By that time, my husband was home and it was time for dinner! So I put it off until today. I think it turned out pretty cute! Here is my recipe:

Paisley Cricut cartridge
Cuttlebug folder
Yellow Stickles
My Pink Stamper Punny-licious stamp
I-rock gems
Martha Stewart border punch
Stampin' UP: So Saffron ribbon & cs; Tempting Turquoise cs & pp; Real Red cs

Sketchy Thursday 2/10, Music Monday

Hey bloggie buddies! I have had a very productive week so far. I have gotten my scraps reorganized by color and put away! And I am starting to see more of my floor!! The next thing I want to organize are my embellishments. Maybe tomorrow. It's been awhile since I have participated in Sketchy Thursday and this week's sketch was perfect for some of my wedding photos! I used Little Yellow Bicycle's Love Letters collection for everything except the flourish. The flourish is a Sizzix die and I used a Sizzix embossing folder on the pink paper. Then I distressed the embossing with a sanding block. Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin' UP: 1 3/4" circle punch; Party Hearty stamps; Pacific Point cardstock & Stampin' Write marker; Pumpkin Pie ribbon, cardstock, & ink; Pink Pirouette ink & designer series paper

We have a winner!!

Well, today's the day I need to pick a winner for my 100 followers giveaway. There weren't many entries, so I wrote them all down and put them in a hat. My cat, Daisy, loves to play with paper so I was calling her to draw a name. My dog, Dobby, is very jealous of Daisy and wanted to see what I was shaking. I tried to get him to draw a name, but he just sniffed the hat. So I gave the hat to Daisy and she chose..................................................................Julie!!! Congrats Julie!! I will send you an email for your address!!
