SPCC #67, Tuesday Morning Sketches #61
October is full of birthdays in my family. We are starting the month off with my little cousin who is turning 1! It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do for this card, but then I saw the sketch over at Tuesday Morning Sketches and that was my starting point. I used the color combo from Scrapmaster's Paradise #67 to use night of navy, marina mist, and river rock. I thought this was a good combo for a baby boy birthday card. I gave my cricut jukebox a workout with this one. I used New Arrival, Zoo Balloo, Cricut Keystone, George and Basic Shapes, and Life is a Beach! The pp is from Basic Grey's Lime Rickey collection. I used Diamond Stickles on the waves. The buttons are from Making Memories Paperie Poolside collection. The happy birthday stamp is from the Basic Grey Delta set. I used Stampin' UP's night of navy ink. I used True Blue Stickles for the elephants eye. Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment Heather!!! I am counting the days until the release because I am dying to share them with everyone :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you've mastered the art of applying stickles : ). The waves sparkle just as if the sun is reflecting off them and the twinkle in the elephant's blue eye is great! Well done!
