Here is a birthday card I made today. As I am typing this, I realized I could have used a "happy bird-day" sentiment. Oh well... I started with Stampin' UP's Baja Breeze as a base. The pp is from Pink Pirouette. The pink ric rac is from American Crafts. I cut out the bird from the Songbird cricut cartridge. I added a gem with my i-rock for the eye. I added crystal stickles to the leaves. I think it's funny that they look green. I wasn't expecting that! I used AC's Blush brads in the Prima flowers. The sentiment stamps are from SU's Vintage Labels and the ink is Pretty in Pink and So Saffron. The butterfly is from Jenni Bowlin's embellished butterflies. Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteVery pretty card! It is interesting to see how stickles changes colors depending on the paper. Sometimes I end up making several cards that look a lot alike because I keep thinking I could do some little thing differently.
